- Israeli bombardment has killed 85 people in war-battered Gaza since dawn, with the United Nations saying the military is “inflicting terror on the Palestinian population of Gaza City and forcing tens of thousands to flee”.
- The Global Sumud Flotilla reports explosions and communications jamming as drones hover overhead after Israel promised to “take the necessary measures” to stop it from breaking the sea siege of Gaza.
- Israel’s war on Gaza has killed at least 65,419 people and wounded 167,160 since October 2023. Thousands more are believed buried under the rubble. A total of 1,139 people were killed in Israel during the October 7 attacks and about 200 were taken captive.
